4. Vendor Obligations
- Vendors agree to list only genuine products or services.
- Vendors must ensure product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and updated.
- Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, packaging, and delivery of their products to customers.
- Vendors agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their products and services.
5. Orders and Payments
- Customers can place orders for listed products or services.
- All payments must be made through the payment methods provided by the vendor (MPESA, Paybill, Till etc).
- ZetuHub will process payments securely and release funds to vendors after delivery confirmation, subject to applicable commission deductions.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Vendors are responsible for arranging delivery of products to customers.
- ZetuHub is not liable for delays, damage, or losses incurred during shipping.
7. Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Vendors and customers agree to adhere to these policies to ensure fairness and transparency in transactions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and logos on ZetuHub are the property of ZetuHub or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users and vendors agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Post false or misleading information
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Engage in fraudulent or unethical business practices
10. Limitation of Liability
ZetuHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
